Yamal: La Liga, Champions League, World Cup and Ballon d’Or – I Hope to Win Them All

Lamine Yamal received the Di Stéfano Award, honoring him as the Best Player of last season, from the editor-in-chief of Marca. The award is voted on by all journalists at the Spanish newspaper.

The Barcelona player edged out Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior, as well as teammates Pedri and Raphinha, among other key players, to claim the honor. Despite being only 18 years old, he has already started collecting a series of prestigious awards.

He said: “All individual awards reflect a great season for the team. For me, this is both happiness and an honor. Accumulating these awards at my age is very positive. I will continue to work hard to strive for more such achievements.”

Lamine Yamal is excited about the team’s return to the Camp Nou. He regards it as a major “signing”: “The fans are crucial. We have been playing in a stadium that is not our home. Montjuïc is nice, but it’s not what we want. The Camp Nou will bring great support to all of us and be of great help for the upcoming season.”
