FC Barcelona has officially announced that the match against Athletic Club Bilbao on November 22, 2025, will mark the team’s return to Camp Nou.
Previously, due to Camp Nou’s renovation works, Barcelona had to relocate their home matches to alternative venues. It has been two and a half years since their last game at the stadium.
The decision follows the club’s acquisition of the first occupancy permit for Phase 1B of the renovation, which increases the stadium’s capacity to 45,401 spectators. This authorization covers the entire Lateral Stand area, complementing the previously approved Phase 1A permit (encompassing the Main Tribune and South Goal Stand).
The club is still progressing with Phase 1C works to ensure the reopening of the North Goal Stand and meet all operational, safety, and comfort requirements for members and fans.
Regarding UEFA Champions League fixtures, the club is actively collaborating with UEFA to host the match against Eintracht Frankfurt at Camp Nou, pending final confirmation upon meeting all requirements.
Against this backdrop, the return to Camp Nou is based on the approval of Phases 1A and 1B, which bring the following new improvements:

- 129 accessible seats for people with reduced mobility
- New comfort and accessibility facilities for the public
Sports Infrastructure
- New player tunnel
- New dressing rooms for the first team and visiting teams

- New sprinkler systems and automatic fire suppression systems

- Access control systems with gates and integrated ticketing, compatible with event-day vehicle traffic and ongoing construction works
With all these improvements and the occupancy permits for Phases 1A and 1B secured, FC Barcelona celebrates its return to playing at its home stadium while continuing to advance the comprehensive renovation project of the new Camp Nou.

Information on the 2025/26 Season Pass
To maximize convenience and comfort for members during the 2025/26 season ticketing process, the club launched a single-season pass last October, valid until the end of the season. This pass originally granted access to matches at the Olympic Stadium and now includes entry to Camp Nou.
2025/26 Season Pass Benefits
As previously stated, this pass allows access to all official first-team matches held at Camp Nou for the remainder of the 2025/26 season, starting from Matchday 13 of La Liga on November 22, 2025. The pass covers La Liga, Copa del Rey, and UEFA Champions League fixtures.
Attendance Confirmation
Members holding the 25/26 season pass must confirm their attendance for each match via the member app or the club’s official website six days prior to the fixture. Failure to actively confirm attendance will result in no seat allocation, and entry to the match will not be permitted. Digital tickets will be delivered as PDFs via the member app or email between 24 and 3 hours before kick-off.
Ticket Transfer
Members with the pass can transfer their tickets free of charge to another person via the member app, provided that the recipient is not listed on any other application form. Transfers can be made immediately after confirming attendance.
Suspension of Camp Nou Season Tickets
