Slovenian Football Association Resolves Dispute Between National Team and Manchester United Over Šeško’s Injury

According to Camel.live reporters, the dispute between the Slovenian national team and Manchester United regarding Benjamin Šeško’s injury has finally been satisfactorily resolved.
Previously, Slovenian national team coach Matjaž Kek publicly questioned why neither he nor his medical team was informed about the knee injury Šeško sustained late in the match against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Kek not only requested access to the medical report but also hoped his medical team could examine Šeško in person, calling for “maximum respect” for his country.
On the other hand, Manchester United maintained they had followed all necessary procedures. Eventually, the Slovenian Football Association defused the dispute, confirming they had received the scan results and accepting United’s decision to keep Šeško in Manchester for further treatment—his injury is not as serious as initially feared.
A spokesperson for the Slovenian Football Association said: “The Slovenian national team’s medical team has received complete medical documents from Manchester United regarding Šeško’s health, including his current clinical condition and the examinations conducted.”
“Unfortunately, his current injury does not allow him to participate in training. The club will arrange further examinations and treatment in the coming days, so Šeško will not be available for the national team’s upcoming matches. We wish Šeško a speedy recovery and a quick return to the pitch.”
