Premier League: Only 4 Giants Including Chelsea Not Interested in Gallagher; He Is Willing to Return to the Premier League

If Atlético Madrid is willing to let him go, Premier League clubs are expected to compete for Conor Gallagher’s signature in January.
The English midfielder stated last week that although he is "happy" in Madrid, he is "not satisfied" with his playing time this season.
Before the closure of the summer transfer window, several Premier League teams enquired about his situation, but Atlético had no intention of letting him leave at the time, especially on loan.
It is understood that despite Gallagher’s eagerness for more game time to compete for a spot in the England squad ahead of the World Cup, Atlético still has no plans to loan him out in January.
This means any transfer will almost depend on whether a Premier League club is willing to buy out the midfielder – and the price of the deal is likely to be at least equivalent to what Atlético paid to sign him in the summer of 2024: approximately £35 million (€40 million).
The 25-year-old player graduated from Chelsea’s academy and performed impressively during his loan spell at Crystal Palace. If he leaves Atlético Madrid, he hopes to continue playing for a top club and participate in European competitions – which means only a handful of Premier League giants are his realistic options.
So far, only four Premier League clubs – his former team Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City – have not shown any form of interest in Gallagher.
To date this season, Gallagher has come off the bench more times than any other player at Atlético (12 out of 16 appearances), while he has watched 22-year-old Atlético academy graduate Pablo Barrios overtake him in the midfield pecking order.
