Neville: Man Utd's Performance Is Sometimes Disgraceful, Complacency Permeates the Entire Team

In the early hours of this morning, Manchester United lost 0-1 to 10-man Everton at home in the Premier League. After the game, Gary Neville criticized Man Utd's performance.
Neville said: “This performance is simply not good enough. It's a very bad night for Manchester United, and sometimes it's even disgraceful. Forget the excuses about Šeško and Cunha being injured—I don't want to hear such explanations at all.”
“Everton dominated the game with 11 men and controlled it in another way with 10. They completely overwhelmed Manchester United with fighting spirit and mental strength. This is complacency at work, and complacency will ruin you. When players think they can win just by stepping on the pitch with the Manchester United badge, any club with that mindset is finished.”
“Complacency permeated the entire team throughout the game. They were not in form from the start, which is a heavy blow to Manchester United. You can't go from showing fighting spirit in some games to this kind of performance—it erodes confidence and destroys trust. We are trying to build trust in the manager and trust in the team.”
"Fans booed collectively at the final whistle, and the boos were loud—completely justified. The team's performance was simply too poor, as if you took a step or two forward, everyone just started to feel better, and then you instantly fell back to square one. Losing is acceptable, but not in this way. This performance is simply not good enough and completely unacceptable."
