Man Utd More Likely to Pursue Angelo Stiller Next Summer, with Transfer Fee Estimated at €50-60 Million

Manchester United has identified signing a key midfielder as its top priority for 2026, a goal agreed upon by manager Amorim and the club’s management. While the specific transfer window (January or summer) will depend on opportunities in the market, a summer move is more likely given that top players are rarely available in the January window.

Among the names linked with United is Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller. The German international has maintained impressive performances in the Bundesliga for years, being both ready-to-use and boasting huge development potential. Sources confirm United has kept long-term tabs on him, with football director Jason Wilcox being a high-profile figure in European football who has closely tracked his progress in recent years.

However, despite transfer rumors in August, United has not opened any negotiations.
