Just Turned 20! Yoro: Man Utd Will Get Even Better, I’ll Take Each Day with My Feet on the Ground

Since joining Manchester United in the summer of 2024, French defender Willy Kambwala Yoro has made 44 appearances for the club. So far this season, he has featured 11 times and contributed 1 assist, with his consistent performances widely recognized.
November 13 marked Yoro’s birthday, as he just stepped into his 20s. When asked by the club’s official media if he was full of expectations for the future, Yoro said: “Absolutely, I always have a positive attitude towards the future. And I think the team will perform very well ahead – in fact, that’s already the case now. First of all, I’ll take each day with my feet on the ground and won’t focus too much on the future.”
“Whether it’s living in the present or embracing tomorrow, I’ll be well prepared. Our team will definitely make more progress in the future, and of course, each of us needs to keep improving.”
Yoro is currently with France U21, preparing for the UEFA U21 Euro qualifiers. They will face Switzerland U21 and Faroe Islands U21 in their upcoming matches.
