First Match at the New Camp Nou! Athletic Bilbao Official: Barcelona Unable to Provide Away Tickets to the Team

Barcelona will return to the Camp Nou to face Athletic Bilbao this Saturday, marking their first match at the stadium in nearly two and a half years. Athletic Bilbao officially stated that FC Barcelona will be unable to provide away tickets to Athletic Bilbao Club.
Athletic Bilbao Official Announcement
Athletic Bilbao Club has informed of the relevant reasons received from FC Barcelona, which have led to its inability to provide the usual ticket quota allocated to Los Leones fans.
This Saturday, FC Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao Club will face off at the new Spotify Camp Nou Stadium, and unlike usual, there will be no exclusive tickets for Los Leones fans for this match.
FC Barcelona submitted the following reasons a few minutes ago:
With the Class 1B license, it is impossible to guarantee the isolation measures, control mechanisms and minimum protection conditions required by regulations for receiving away fans. Therefore, safe zoned entrances cannot be opened until the completion of some ongoing improvement projects that will be ready in the coming weeks.
Specific reasons are as follows:
Non-independent entrances and exits: The existing entrances and exits cannot set up exclusive access for away fans, leading to unavoidable crowd overlap with home fans.
Insufficient physical segregation: The stands lack adequate structural facilities to safely isolate and demarcate the away fan area.
