Dembélé Expected to Return This Weekend; Achraf Still in Contention to Make AFCON Opener

According to Camel.live, if everything goes smoothly, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) winger Ousmane Dembélé is expected to return against Le Havre this weekend, but the club stated it will not take any risks. Therefore, he is more likely to feature in the Champions League match against Tottenham Hotspur. As for Ismaël Doué and Achraf Hakimi, both are still in recovery.
Dembélé sustained an injury during the Champions League match against Bayern Munich and has since resumed individual training. Thus, Friday’s training session will determine whether Dembélé can play this weekend.
PSG hopes Doué can return before the end of the year, or at the latest in the match against Marseille on January 8 next year. However, the club will not risk the young player’s health. Achraf aims to play in Morocco’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) opener on December 21, which seems overly optimistic for now. But if his recovery progresses smoothly, he still stands a chance of making a comeback by then.
